Our open portfolio is not the whole market. Where appropriate we look beyond it, including options that are not publicly listed, and we tell you plainly which side we represent on any given property.
We stay through the process
Purchases by non-resident buyers involve steps a domestic purchase does not. We coordinate with the lawyers, valuers and notaries involved, and keep you informed in English throughout.
